Dorada baked with rosemary

When you buy dorada choose medium sized ones (between 300-500g), clean the intestines and scales, if not already cleaned, you can ask those who sell fish to. On aluminum foil pour salt to taste, then some olive oil, place the fish, place little pepper, rosemary (a few leaves), a piece of bay and a slice of lemon. Each fish is wrapped in aluminum foil, than placed directly on oven grill to 220 degrees. Leave it in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with potatoes or boiled vegetables and a good cold glass of white wine, medium sweet.
