Content is king!
I have about two years of blogging experience, this means that I am an young blogger. But this two years were full of experiences and I learned a lot of things that help improving your blogging experience. First one is content. In order to bring and keep your visitors you need to share something interesting and original: thoughts, ideas, pictures, videos, reviews, advices, etc. And try to write without spelling mistakes, they are annoying and you can avoid them with any spell checker.
There are various subjects that you want to discuss, but focus only on certain areas that you know and try to avoid subjects that are not familiar to you. Visitors usually seek expert advice or best practices not false opinions so have this in mind all the time: Content is king!
